1. About Kainetics
Kainetics is a study organisation and progress-tracking service. It is not an official CBSE service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Contact us at kainetics01@gmail.com.
2. Who may use it
Kainetics is intended for students preparing for school and board examinations. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review these terms and the Privacy Policy and give you permission before you create an account or use the tracker. A parent or guardian may contact us with questions or requests concerning a student’s account.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. Sign-in may be provided through Google; Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply to that service.
4. Study information and exam outcomes
The tracker helps you organise syllabus coverage, notes, revisions, practice records and test results. It is a personal planning tool, not an official syllabus publication, marking scheme, tutoring service, or guarantee of marks, exam readiness or admission. Verify official syllabus and examination information with CBSE and your school.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the notes and other content you enter. You allow Kainetics and its service providers to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or another person’s sensitive information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Kainetics to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful code, impersonate someone, or misuse another person’s account or data. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, the service or comply with law.
7. Third-party services
Kainetics uses third-party providers for hosting, account sign-in and cloud storage. Their services may have separate terms. Kainetics is not responsible for services or websites that it does not operate.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of Kainetics to maintain or improve the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Keep your own backup of important study records.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Kainetics at any time. To request account or data deletion, email kainetics01@gmail.com. We may retain information where required by law or needed to resolve security, fraud or service issues.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Kainetics is provided as an organisational tool and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kainetics is not liable for indirect loss or for exam results, missed deadlines or decisions made from tracker information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
